A city full of energy and international opportunities
Zürich feels young and international. You’ll hear German and English all day long – and meet people from all over the world. The city vibe is vibrant, with students, starters and young professionals building their networks here. You’ll feel right at home thanks to the safe environment, excellent public transport links and countless sports and cultural options.
Working in a modern healthcare environment
The healthcare sector in Zürich is modern, professional and internationally oriented. As a physiotherapist you’ll work in well-equipped practices and clinics with colleagues who take quality and development seriously. You’ll have the space to learn new treatment techniques, see a wide variety of patients and specialise further – for example in sports physiotherapy, orthopaedics or rehabilitation.
Living and working in Zürich
There is always something to do outside of work. In summer you chill by Lake Zürich or swim in the Limmat; in winter you’re quickly on the slopes. The old town is full of cosy cafés and museums, and by train you’re soon in the mountains. German (often Swiss German) is the main language, but with English you’re fine too. Basic German knowledge is helpful – and we’re happy to support you with a language course.
The cost of living is higher than in the Netherlands, but this is balanced by an attractive salary and excellent working conditions. Your work will be genuinely valued and you’ll enjoy a healthy work–life balance.
