Are you ready for a new challenge in a picturesque village near the Swiss Alps?
Do you want to further develop yourself in a dynamic and diverse working environment? Then this vacancy is for you! Our practice in Canton Schwyz is looking for a dedicated physiotherapist to join our team of six therapists.

About the practice:
In our practice, you will work with a diverse team of both young and experienced therapists from various cultural backgrounds. We specialize in a wide range of physiotherapy areas, including orthopedics, sports physiotherapy, geriatrics, and neurology. The practice has three closed and three open treatment rooms, as well as a modern Medical Training Therapy (MTT) area of 80-100 m² with basic equipment.

The environment:
The practice is located in a beautiful village located in the eastern part of Switzerland, in the canton of Schwyz. The surroundings offer breathtaking views of the Alps and numerous opportunities for mountain sports. Additionally, the Zürichsee and Walensee lakes are nearby, perfect for water sports and relaxation by the water.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for creating and implementing treatment plans and managing the related administration. You will work closely with your team members to provide the best possible care to patients. Additionally, you will maintain contact with health insurers, hospitals, etc. The practice offers a wide range of specializations, including manual therapy, post-operative rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, shockwave therapy, breathing therapy, dry needling, medical training therapy, geriatrics, home treatments, medical massages, group classes, and more.

We require:

  • A degree in physiotherapy/kinesiology and rehabilitation sciences
  • Proficiency in German at B2 level or a willingness to learn
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work well with a broad range of patients
  • The ability to work independently, as there is no secretarial support
  • Flexibility
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

The practice offers:

  • A full-time workweek of 42 hours, Monday through Friday
  • Two evening shifts per week, with flexible working hours
  • Opportunities for overtime, which will be compensated
  • Four weeks of vacation per year, and after one year of employment, five training days
  • An attractive salary between 5500 and 6500 CHF per month, depending on SRK recognition
  • A performance bonus in the form of a 13th-month salary
  • Numerous public holidays in the canton of Schwyz
