Job description
Physiotherapist 40-100% – Switzerland
Are you a passionate physiotherapist looking for a varied role in a warm, family-like practice environment? Do you enjoy working with older adults and have an interest in sports physiotherapy? Do you prefer an evidence-based approach in your treatments? Then this opportunity might be just what you’re looking for!
About the Practice
This modern private clinic has a close-knit team spirit. Colleagues support each other, learn together, and regularly attend training and social events. The approach is holistic, with attention to the full musculoskeletal system – similar to osteopathy. The patient base is diverse, with a strong focus on older adults and active treatment forms.
The Location
The clinic is located in a green, quiet area with excellent infrastructure. Thanks to its central location, you can reach Zurich in about 30 minutes and Basel in around 45 minutes by train. The region offers the perfect balance between nature, peace, and city accessibility, with plenty of options for outdoor sports, hiking, and relaxation. You’ll work in a place where quality of life and professional development go hand in hand.
What You Can Expect
- Flexible working hours (40% to 100%)
- Start date: September or late October
- 5 weeks of vacation, no weekend or holiday shifts
- Gross annual salary between CHF 75,000 and 84,000 depending on experience and training
- 30-minute individual treatment sessions
- Modern facilities with sensopro, treadmill, free weights
- Circuit training, shockwave therapy, and dry needling
- Senior training (coordination, fall prevention, strength) and cooperation with a care home (including home visits with practice car)
- Regular team activities
- Continued education
- A team experienced in sports physiotherapy and osteopathy
Your Profile
- Completed physiotherapy training (SRK recognition or potential for recognition)
- Good spoken and written German
- Evidence-based and goal-oriented work ethic
- Affinity with both athletes and elderly patients
- Experience is an advantage, but not required
- Flexible, independent, and comfortable in a small, supportive team
- Italian or Spanish background is a plus due to patient demographics
