Job description

Looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working with an active audience? Then this is your chance!

Our partner, located just 40 minutes from Basel, is looking for a motivated physiotherapist to join their close-knit team of 4 colleagues. Our practice offers a friendly and familiar working environment and is committed to providing high quality care and personal attention to our patients.
You will be part of a friendly and dedicated team of professionals who work together to provide the best possible care. Colleagues are dedicated, supportive and strive to create a positive working environment.
You will also have access to modern facilities, including a well-equipped gym. Here you will have the opportunity to offer a variety of treatments and help patients get back on the road to recovery.
The team consists of experienced specialists in physiotherapy, lymphatic drainage and medical massage. They have years of experience in treating sports injuries, back, neck and posture problems, as well as muscle and joint problems. They take a holistic approach and offer the latest evidence-based treatments, techniques and advice.

Job description:
Your responsibilities will include the development and implementation of treatment plans, including related administrative tasks. Your collaborative approach with team members is central to ensuring optimal patient care. You will also liaise with various stakeholders such as health insurers and doctors. The practice has many specialities, such as: manual therapy, post-operative rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, manual lymph drainage, pelvic floor therapy, jaw treatment, shock waves, group classes and much more.

  • German at B2 level or willingness to learn
  • An active philosophy
  • A sense of responsibility
  • Curiosity and ambition to grow and develop
  • Willingness to work 34 to 42 hours per week

We offer:

  • 5600 – 7200 EURO gross salary based on full-time employment. The net salary is 2 to 3 times higher than in the Netherlands due to a lower after-tax burden.
  • Permanent employment with relevant experience, full-time or part-time as required
  • Friendly and helpful colleagues who will welcome you and show you around the practice and its surroundings
  • 5 weeks of holiday
  • Flexible working hours
  • Internal and external training
