Finding and training a new physio costs time and money. That’s why, we recruit physiotherapists who meet all requirements: they are motivated to relocate, speak the required level of German, have their diploma recognition in order, and possess a work permit. Regardless of the location, we always take your practice’s atmosphere, team size, and vision into account. Our candidates align with these and are open to learning from your team.
The return on investment for a new physiotherapist is often shorter than expected. We are happy to discuss this with you and go over our terms.

For Swiss clinics, practices, and hospitals, you will meet qualified physiotherapists who have been prepared for months. They understand what relocating to Switzerland involves and will travel to your clinic for a meeting to demonstrate their skills. Travel costs are covered by us.
You decide who is the best fit, and we take care of the practical matters such as work permits, opening a bank account, and insurance. The contract is signed directly between you and the candidate.
