Job description

Working as a physiotherapist with the Alps in the backyard?

Do you love magnificent nature? Do you want to be appreciated for your work as a physiotherapist? And would you be happy with a starting salary of €5500 or more? Then you’ve come to the right place in Switzerland.

Physiotherapy in Switzerland:
Physiotherapy in Switzerland is great. The terms for physiotherapists are good, treatment time per patient is often 30 minutes or longer and you have almost no administrative obligations. There are many opportunities for personal and professional development. The facilities are well-equipped and modern, and as a therapist you have a lot of freedom to apply your own treatment methods.

The practice and surroundings:
This is a beautiful and large practice in the eastern part of Switzerland. It currently employs 10 physiotherapists, but there are also several fitness instructors, secretaries and masseurs at the practice. The practice has a Dutch owner with a close-knit team. Are you looking for a practice in village surroundings, but with the Alps in your backyard? Then you have come to the right place.

We ask:

  • A (nearly) completed physiotherapy education;
  • Reasonable knowledge of the German language or willing to learn it;
  • Someone open to working in a close-knit team;
  • An adventurous and innovative physiotherapist.

The practice offers:

  • A large practice with 10 working physiotherapists;
  • Very good working conditions and salary;
  • Many different specialities, such as manual-, pelvic floor- and general physiotherapy;
  • A large exercise room;
  • The mountains of the Alps a short distance away.

Advantages of Switzerland:

  • A high salary with favourable taxes, leaving you with a lot of money after paying your fixed expenses to do nice things or save;
  • Virtually no administration;
  • A week off every year and compensation for courses you would like to take;
  • Often a permanent job with flexible hours straight away;
  • Building up a good pension without it coming out of your take-home pay;
  • Gaining international experience, good for your CV and personal development;
  • The holiday feeling every weekend due to all the fun activities you can do in nature.

PhysioMatch offers:

  • Full guidance during the application process;
  • Support in arranging work and residence permits, as well as housing;
  • A free introductory day in Switzerland (travel expenses reimbursed up to a maximum of 300 euros);
  • Personal guidance in various languages: German, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch or English;
  • Experience from physiotherapists and healthcare workers who have previously emigrated to Switzerland via PhysioMatch;
  • Everything is arranged for you as a candidate free of charge and without obligation.
